Summary:

As an Enterprise, Strategic Account Executive, Enterprise you are eager to use your strategic selling skills to hunt and educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of Ziprecruiter, as well as maintain and grow the existing customer base. To be successful in this role you must balance your activities to successfully identify and close new logos within your assigned book of business while ensuring retention and growth of your existing customers. You will serve as a trusted adviser, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible.


Key Focuses:


  • Utilize strong Hunting mentality to win net new Enterprise Accounts (companies with 5,000+ employees)
  • Partner with your leader, Customer Success Manager, and Product Strategist, to manage and grow your Enterprise Existing Accounts
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams
  • Leverage your skills and your customers experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with selling net new business to enterprise sized customers
  • Demonstrated and consistent track record of winning new Enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides)
  • Ability to travel extensively within the US (25%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3+ year in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media and/or advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close new high-level business sales
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$130,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.


Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
