Interactive Brokers is looking for candidates to act as lead in the prospecting and integration efforts for Enterprise Level clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The candidate will be required to develop a keen understanding of IBKR’s infrastructure, systems, products and offerings. To aid in securing prospective clients, this individual will need to understand and define real-world business requirements, translating them into proposed solutions for our fast-growing brokerage enterprise integration business. Resulting business opportunities will require the individual to manage projects that facilitate the integration.

 What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

The Enterprise Solutions Manager primary responsibilities include:

  • Defining detailed project delivery plans and identifying the internal resources required
  • Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading and serving as liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations
  • Identifying problems and championing solutions
  • Crafting post go-live roadmaps to ensure continued success
  • Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries on our enterprise solutions

 What required skill’s you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • 2+ years in Financial Services or in a Project Management based role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed.
  • Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions.
  • Strong MS Office skills. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
