This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)

Interactive Brokers is seeking a junior analyst to assist in the prospecting and integration of large-scale enterprise relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The candidate will develop a keen understanding of IBKR’s infrastructure, systems, products, offerings, and provide pragmatic solutions for our ever-growing institutional enterprise initiatives.

 What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

  • Assisting in the creation of project delivery plans and identifying the internal resources required
  • Effectively manage and grow institutional enterprise relationships
  • Serve as internal liaison among colleagues from sales, technology, legal, compliance and brokerage operations
  • Identify problems, propose solutions, and ensure agreed upon solutions are quickly implemented
  • Contribute to post go-live roadmaps to ensure ongoing success
  • Act as subject matter expert for inquiries on our various enterprise solutions

 What required skill’s you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance, economics, business administration, project management, or another related field
  • 2+ years in financial services, trading, brokerage, or in a project management role
  • Superior attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Natural curiosity, adaptable, ability to embrace failure and learn from mistakes
  • Strong interpersonal skills: must be an effective persuasive communicator able to help influence decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to independently exercise pragmatic judgment and discretion
  • Excellent written communication, able to document complex issues clearly and concisely in a succinct manner
  • High degree of comfort and fluency with technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions.
  • Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
