The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is a robust sales support team with the goals of improving sales experiences, efficiency, and win rates. GET provides support across several key pillars: sales education programming; sales technology, reporting and analytics; sales prospecting; sales opportunity support (RFPs, orals), and sales asset content and visual design. This remote team consists of US-, Canada- and India-based team members that support all industries and capabilities within Huron.
The Sales Enablement Associate role is part of our India-based GET, supporting the Education and Research industry. Individuals in this role are expected to lead the development of key deliverables for specific sales opportunities, such as proposals, RFP responses, and oral deliverables.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Sr Analyst will play a key role in supporting deliverables for proposals and RFx responses across all industries and capabilities within Huon. Individuals in this role are expected to heavily support or lead the following activities with US- and Canada-based GETs:
Active Opportunity Support: Proposals, RFx, and Orals:
- Assists with kick-off activities for sales pursuits (e.g., RFP, proposal, orals presentation), including Microsoft Teams set-up, template creation, and compliance matrix creation.
- Performs final Quality Assurance (QA), review proposals for grammar, formatting, table of contents, etc.
- Assists with graphic creation, editing, and formatting as requested by GET (e.g., align with Huron branding, template edits, graphic re-creation, copywrite-free photo search and editing).
Content Management:
- Content Organization: Maintain and organize the proposal content database, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Historical database: Maintain our completed responses database
- Quality Control: Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards and branding guidelines. Review completed proposals and RFx to determine if content should be replaced within the system.
- Content Updates: Regularly update the database with new content, including templates, case studies, and client testimonials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with proposal writers and subject matter experts to gather and incorporate relevant information into the database.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively use the content database.
Additional Sales Enablement Support:
- Support active proposal content/1st draft development when comfortable, as needed
- Assists with GET initiatives that further support the practice and sales, as needed.
Position Requirements
This position will require excellent attention to detail, expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint, and organizational skills. This individual must be deadline and detail-oriented and have the ability to collaborate across all levels and roles.
- 1-3 years of relevant business experience
- Experience in proposal development (e.g., Responsive, RFPIO, Qvidian) or sales asset management systems (e.g., Seismic, Hubspot) preferred
- Proposal content management experience preferred
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Ability to work effectively across time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent effective working relationships
- Strong proactive communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles
- Expert attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround across a team
- Ability to prioritize workload and to make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needs
