Responsible for supporting digital transformation across the business, primarily through the maintenance and enhancement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The ERP Administrator will be part of a cross functional team that includes an internal Project Manager, Project Administrator, and Department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The team will remain responsible for the ongoing development and administration of the system, supporting functions and users, and ensuring consistent adoption and maintenance throughout the organization.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES – ERP system maintenance, but not limited to:
- Act as a point of contact for Dynamics 365 for both colleagues and ISV.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all departments.
- Serve as primary point of contact for analyzing and modifying the system configuration to include testing and debugging in response to incident and request tickets.
- Proactively monitor Dynamics 365 environments to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Maintains data integrity in Dynamics 365, establishing data standards and performing routine data grooming.
- Create and continuously review and optimize role-based authorizations within Dynamics 365 environments to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
- Help organize and facilitate training related to colleague and client use of Dynamics 365.
- Document and maintain key processes, system designs, knowledge articles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Dynamics 365 administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and communicate scheduled maintenance notifications to SMEs and all colleagues.
- Stay informed with upcoming releases and fixes for Dynamics 365, assessing their impact on the environment and coordinating the implementation of release and change management (including one version upgrade) of Dynamics 365 with ISV, department SMEs, and colleagues.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES – Rollout of enhancements:
- Assist with mapping of current state and the design of future state processes.
- Assist with configuration of Dynamics 365 to align with design expectations.
- Prepare material for and document takeaways from discussions with key stakeholders.
- Help collect and translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Participation in training deliveries and change management as needed.
- Help in development and delivery of routine communication to SMEs and all colleagues.
- Other ad-hoc duties project duties as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar working experience.
- Must have at least 3 years of hands-on technical experience on Dynamics 365.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics applications, architecture, and modules.
- Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics configuration, batch processing, and workflow design.
- Proficiency in user management, access control, and permissions allocation within Microsoft Dynamics environments (F&O and/or CE).
- Possess strong knowledge on release and change management processes.
- Microsoft Dynamics performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent documentation and knowledge management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O environments that are highly integrated with Dynamics 365 CE environments thru virtual entities or Dual Write
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel VBA
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Power Applications including Power BI and the Power Platform.
- Knowledge on Azure Data Lake
- 2 or more years user training or teaching experience
- 5 or more years demonstrable experience with confidential, personal information
- Experience in navigating change in organizations
- Background on network troubleshooting, automation, cloud-based solutions such as AWS, MS Azure, etc.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics administration or related areas are a plus (i.e. AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
