We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Reporting Manager to lead the user experience and adoption of our Domo Reporting Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive/retail, product management, expertise in Domo, and a deep understanding of user needs to drive engagement and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage BI projects, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with executives to enhance reporting solutions that empower users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute reporting product strategies that focus on user experience, ease of use, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with central IT data team to help grow our cloud data warehouse by providing requirements and prioritization for data needs.
  • Oversee the Domo Reporting Platform, ensuring dashboards and reports are intuitive, user-friendly, and actionable.
  • Manage the product lifecycle of enterprise reporting solutions, from ideation to execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of BI analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive reporting solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to enhance reporting experiences and adoption.
  • Optimize BI processes, automate reporting workflows, and improve dashboard design for better usability.
  • Advocate for self-service analytics, empowering business users to interact with data effectively.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and training to enhance user proficiency with reporting tools.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by making insights more accessible and valuable to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or product management roles.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing BI teams and overseeing reporting projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly in user-centered enterprise reporting solutions in an automotive or retail environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Domo, with a focus on enhancing user experience and accessibility.
  • Strong experience in data visualization best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement user-centric reporting roadmaps and training programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting data insights to executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
