Global Work Environment: Due to Snappy employees being in Tel Aviv, London and across the US, we schedule all company-wide meetings and events in EST. We do our best to respect and accommodate your personal time. You might be expected to work outside of normal working hours from time to time

Hours: 8am-5pm in your local time. We strive to create a supportive and flexible working environment for all team members. This role will play a key part in our holiday time during Q4 (our busiest and most exciting time of year) and hours during this time may be longer than the rest of the year.

Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $125,000-$155,000, with an annual target bonus of 15%.

We're expanding our marketing team and seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of success in high-growth companies to collaborate with senior leadership in defining and executing our product marketing strategies, specifically tailored for enterprise customers.

As the Sr. Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our enterprise go-to-market strategy. Your primary focus will be on leading the development of high-impact messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with enterprise customers at the executive level. You will conduct in-depth market research to understand target personas and competitive landscapes, enabling you to create compelling, data-driven messaging that not only drives demand but also supports our broader revenue and growth objectives.

You Will:

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions that highlight the ongoing benefits and ROI of Snappy products for enterprise customers.
  • Drive the creation of comprehensive buyer personas and market segmentation to inform go-to-market strategies and support demand generation, retention, and expansion within the enterprise market.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across product, GTM, and the rest of the marketing team to develop, test, and refine enterprise messaging and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across various channels.
  • Refine pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value within the enterprise segment, incorporating competitive and market insights.
  • Create high-quality marketing assets such as executive-level presentations, pitch decks, brochures, sales sheets, demo scripts, competitive analysis materials, and training materials, collaborating with the brand team for additional support as needed.
  • Partner with Brand & Communications and Growth & Customer Marketing teams to build and scale a robust case study, customer reference, and reviews program specifically focused on enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the senior subject matter expert on the enterprise market, buyer personas, and competitive landscape, providing strategic insights to the leadership team and acting as a key advisor to the Go-To-Market team.
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business goals and drive measurable impact.
  • Influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment across product, sales, and marketing to achieve common goals.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills to drive complex initiatives forward, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards in all deliverables, from strategic documents to marketing assets.
  • Participate in high-stakes sales meetings and strategic deal negotiations, leveraging your market expertise to craft persuasive sales materials and support closing key deals.
  • Provide strategic input into product roadmap decisions, based on deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and market dynamics, to ensure successful product launches and long-term market fit.
  • Allocate 15-20% of time towards contributing to overall release marketing and product marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and impacting all customer segments.

You Have:

  • Proven experience in high-growth companies, successfully navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Extensive experience enabling sales teams to effectively engage with C-level enterprise customers, with a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders across the organization without direct authority.
  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative development abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex ideas into compelling, executive-level presentations and assets.
  • Highly proficient in design tools and able to independently create high-quality marketing assets, including competitive materials, collaborating with the brand team for additional support.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, combined with a high level of emotional intelligence, to craft compelling stories that connect with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality and accuracy in deliverables.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, trends, and innovations within the enterprise space, with a demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry shifts and integrate them into strategic planning.
  • Preferred Experience: Selling into HR and Customer Loyalty markets is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with 3-5 years specifically focused on enterprise product marketing in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of connecting features, benefits, and value propositions to drive revenue growth in the enterprise sector.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, with a focus on developing and executing ABM strategies tailored for enterprise accounts.
