The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Partner at Kargo, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts. Acting as an extension of our clients, you will drive outcomes by understanding their key business priorities and delivering effective solutions. This role combines strategic account management, industry insights, and innovative thinking to influence stakeholders, lead impactful business discussions, and foster collaborative success. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows, develop best practices, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed revenue targets, enhance client satisfaction, and foster team excellence to strengthen Kargo’s leadership in the adtech space.

The Daily To-Do

  • Oversees enterprise accounts at Kargo, managing three key businesses across Telecom and Healthcare with total spend ranging above $3M - $5M+
  • Serves as an extension of our clients' business within Kargo, driving outcomes by deeply understanding client needs and priorities
  • Impactfully communicates and influences day-to-day account contacts, VP, and C-Level leaders at both brand-direct and agency levels, strengthening relationships to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success
  • Works with and prioritizes a large pipeline of opportunities by analyzing historical data, presenting new-to-market opportunities, and Kargo’s solutions with a focus on a deep understanding of Telecom and Healthcare customer needs to map out solutions to the challenges they are facing across the funnel
  • Serves as the key insights lead, delivering comprehensive analyses factoring in Telecom and Healthcare industry trends, client business models, and market dynamics
  • Leads the development of QBRs with clients, ensuring comprehensive analyses and preparation to effectively communicate performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrates executive presence while leading QBRs, engaging stakeholders across various roles including VP and C-Suite to develop the story of the business and foster understanding of driving business growth through strategic discussions
  • Works independently and collaboratively with Sales and Client Services to create and deliver customized presentations and proposals
  • Delivers stronger, more effective solutions that meet and exceed client expectations by collaborating, influencing, and innovating on processes and products in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations organizations
  • Delivers accurate and dependable sales forecasts and independently maintains sales pipeline to consistently attain and exceed targets in partnership with sales
  • Meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue goals for assigned accounts
  • Generates content for appropriate audiences, standing up and driving Kargo products and company initiatives 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within AdTech with a strong understanding of digital, video/CTV, and programmatic advertising (i.e. Account Management, Sales Support, etc) and has consistently exceeded quotas 
  • Experience in Telecom and Healthcare preferred a plus 
  • Expert in listening and discovery skills and ability to map product value to client needs 
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and creating champions across teams  
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, from associates to VPs to C-Suite, with a proven track record of effective communication and performance
  • Clear understanding of ad servers (DFA, DFP), 3rd party tags and tracking methodology (Celtra, Moat, DV, IAS), programmatic buying between DSPs and SSPs
  • A natural curiosity about AdTechAaTdtech and how our products can impact organizations
  • Exemplary presentation and communication abilities - both verbal and written 
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and collaborative environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to grow and learn
  • Travel as needed
