About the Role:
As an Enterprise Operations Intern at Uber Freight, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic import and export operations world. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills while actively supporting transportation and customer coordination from shipment initiation to final delivery. You will engage in project coordination, assist with administrative tasks, update systems, and track shipments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently on their 6th,7th semester pursuing a Bachelors international trade, international relations, logistics, supply chain management, or similar fields.
- Skills: Urgency, decision-making, proactivity, responsibility.
- Language: Intermediate/English (required).
- Front Office: Email drafting, calendar management.
- Software Proficiency:
- Excel (Basic-Intermediate).
- Word (Basic).
- Outlook (Basic, including cloud email, calendar, and email formatting).
- OneNote (Basic, page and content editing).
- Abilities: problem-solving, multitasking, time management, assertive communication (written and verbal) in Spanish and English.
- Availability to work part-time, 30 hours/ week
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in monitoring pick-ups and deliveries to help ensure timely execution.
- Support with tracking shipment status and providing regular updates.
- Help address customer needs and coordinate with capacity partners under supervision.
- Support with system updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments.
