We are searching for a dynamic leader to join our expanding team in Krakow as Chief of Staff for our global security program. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, driving the future of security for a dynamic global enterprise creating advanced technology for a safer world.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire our growing team in Krakow, fostering a vibrant and collaborative culture.

  • Serve as Chief of Staff to our CISO, supporting the implementation of our cutting-edge security program.

  • Partner with our global team of security professionals to build and implement innovative solutions.

Enterprise Information Security (EIS) Krakow Lead responsibilities:

  • Manage local logistics and operations for EIS team including cooperation with IT leaders to manage IT strategy for employees, it includes but not limited to ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and intellectual property tax regulation.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting integration with the global team as well Krakow IT teams. 

  • Contribute strategically, leveraging local market expertise and talent development.

Chief of Staff responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support and project management, assisting the CISO in planning and implementing initiatives.

  • Manage operational tasks including calendar management, communication, and information dissemination.

  • Support the team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Requirements

  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage security initiatives and projects.

  • Business Operations: Understanding of business operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and a willingness to learn rapidly
