About The Role:

As an Enterprise Franchise Account Executive at Otter, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound leads that include cold calling, pitching, and selling our suite of software products to potential and current restaurant customers, using strategic outreach and learned sales tactics to grow and expand Otter’s customer base specifically in the enterprise franchise space. Before you take on your responsibilities as a full time AE you will participate in our 2 week training program in which we will teach you all the technical skills needed to succeed in sales! 


Responsibilities: 

  • Be the expert on Otter’s suite of products, leveraging your customer obsession and product knowledge to pitch and close restaurant customers
  • In this role, you will own your success from cold calls to administrative tasks to closing deals for net new opportunities and brand rollouts 
  • Meet and exceed KPI expectations: Minimum of 60 touch points per day (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) made to restaurant owners in the 1-30 location segment across Enterprise brands with 30+ location across North America for net new reach out 
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Sr. Enterprise Account Executives, your Franchise Sales Manager and other cross functional teams to strategically target and partner with high impact franchise groups across their Enterprise brands 
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Be an expert at overcoming objections and negotiations with customers 
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Continuously push your abilities; building a foundation for, and growing your career at Otter

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 1+ years of full cycle sales experience and/or Enterprise SDR experience, with a consistent track record of success
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales 
  • Exceptional consultative selling with closing skills
  • A sharp focus on goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a role, with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
  • Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
  • Positively collaborate within the sales team and with other teams internally
