This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the Philippines. This is a people management role in our revenue operations organisation. As an Enterprise Deal Associate, you will report to the Scaled Deal Support Manager. We aim to ensure that we can resolve our customers' sales-related issues quickly and effectively. If you have experience empathising with customers, getting to the bottom of issues, and working collaboratively with others (Play(ing), as a Team), then the Scaled Deal Support team is the perfect fit for you!
What you'll do
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service through GSAC, as well as via email, and phone if needed
- Responsible for managing low-complexity QTC (quote-to-cash) tickets
- Improve support experience for EDMs and customers by using feedback to enhance internal processes and automations.
- Build strong relationships with Account Executives and customers, and work collaboratively to provide and revise quotes that drive customer satisfaction.
- Serve exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and work with remote teams and other departments for a smooth customer experience.
- Develop a strong understanding and serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert of all Atlassian business model, pricing systems, and product offerings.
- Provide accurate customer responses that build confidence in solutions.
- You adjust on the fly as things change and embody our value of "Don't #@!% the customer".
Your Background
- At least one year of experience at a B2B SaaS company in Deal Desk, Contract Operations, Enterprise Deal Management, or Revenue Operations.
- Previous support experience providing billing, QTC and Sales support
- You can help deliver projects, from concept to execution
- You have demonstrated talent at inspiring change from customer feedback
- Bonus if you are familiar with Atlassian products and if you have Salesforce experience
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations or a related discipline
- Ability to work to handle large volume of deal requests
- Excellent written and communication skills and be comfortable with customer facing interactions.
- Bonus if you have knowledge of CPQ/QTC technology solutions, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, JIRA, Confluence, Docusign, Cloud marketplaces is a bonus
