The Position:
We are seeking Enterprise Customer Success Manager to leverage their interpersonal skills and financial knowledge to help clients utilize YCharts to its fullest. Additionally, ECSM will work across departments to ensure proper client support while looking for opportunities for growth. You will foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure they derive maximum value from our product. You will also act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
This role will work cross departments with the Accounting, Marketing, Product, and Sales to provide the best experience for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute success plans to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion for a growing book of business
- Identify and document customer processes, goals, objectives, and expectations to drive value from the moment they become a customer
- Conduct frequent account meetings virtually and in-person to communicate best practices, highlight key product functionality, and share new feature releases.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to find and build relationships with key decision makers and users to drive expansion goals
- Monitor the health of client's accounts and drive campaigns to increase usage
- Develop and distribute scalable content to enhance customer engagement and product utilization
- Manage and report renewal and expansion forecast
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience managing a book of business
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or SaaS industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and expand relationships
- Passionate about driving customer success and maximizing product value
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the financial advisor, broker-dealer, and RIA industry, as well as its dynamics and trends, various business models, affiliation models, and typical advisory platforms
- Broad market knowledge, understanding of portfolio construction concepts, and investment strategies
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000 -$65,000 annually
- Performance-based components:
- Quarterly Commission program
- Annual SMART bonus: 10% based on SMART goals attainment
