We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will grasp customer requirements and feedback, handle multiple stakeholders internally and externally, and serve as a trusted advisor for your clients and your team members.

How you’ll shape the future of CSM

  • Manage a book of up to 120 clients from initial onboarding, integration, Adoption of new feature demos, feedback calls 
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the maximization of our product value in order to drive customer stickiness, high adoption, and growth
  • Work alongside your counterparts within the Account Management team to map out strategic accounts and work on the growth potential of your shared book of business
  • Drive positive net retention and mitigate churn through ongoing support, and high Adoption
  • Solicit valuable product feedback and feature requests, acting as a conduit to our internal product and engineering teams

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 2+ years as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager
  • Experience working with global customers in a SaaS environment is a MUST
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and with customers
  • Background as an Adoption and Onboarding manager/CSM/Enterprise Account manager is a plus 
  • Native or Fluent English and any additional languages is a plus (French, Spanish, German, Dutch/Flemish)
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills, adaptable to all levels of business audience

Working Monday-Friday, and from office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
