About the team & role

Reporting directly to the General Manager Enterprise Compliance, you will assist in the development and implementation of our Enterprise Compliance analytics strategy. • Compliance Analytics: Analyse data to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, monitor transactions for potential violations, and conduct risk assessments.
  • Obligations Management: Stay informed on regulatory changes, automate obligation tracking, and assess the impact of new regulations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Support the implementation of real-time compliance monitoring to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Compliance Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain clear, insightful dashboards to visualise compliance data, highlighting key metrics and trends for stakeholders.

What you'll bring with you

  • Competency in data science, statistics, computer science, finance, commerce or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics or similar role, ideally within a compliance, audit or risk function.
  • Change management experience in relation to the development and implementation of an analytics strategy and supporting systems is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in conducting compliance assessments, monitoring transactions/activities for potential non-compliance, and analysing incident/breach data is desirable.
