Summary: Building upon Onbe’s class-leading reputation and technology, the Enterprise Business Development Representative will be responsible for building a strong pipeline for our sales executives. This role will provide a deep foundation of technology sales skills and payments knowledge, paving the way for the candidate to grow into a sales or marketing professional! This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1-2 days per week at our Dallas, TX location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with large enterprise businesses, using tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and more to evangelize Onbe and efficiently prospect.
- Prospect into multiple buying centers, tailoring our solution sets to each buying persona with clear ties to the prospect’s personal and business objectives.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, including marketing-generated leads and self-generated leads.
- Qualifying leads based on their fit with Onbe’s target customer profile and their potential value to the business
- Sell into multiple C-level personas, including finance, marketing, and digital engagement personas.
- Incorporate a growing book of solutions into custom value propositions, selling multiple products into different buying centers.
- Initiate conversations through a mix of digital outreach, phone calls, and in-person events.
- Nurture interdepartmental relationships, partnering with marketing, product, and sales executives to develop new products and strategies.
- Ensure a flawless transition of the prospect to a sales executive.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM data.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing or business development role.
- The desire to master enterprise sales strategies in the technology space.
- Experience within FinTech or digital payments is a plus.
- Experience with a Sales Engagement platform (i.e. Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft, etc.) is a plus.
- Up to 10% of domestic travel may be required, post-pandemic recovery.
- Bachelor's degree required.
The base salary range for this position is between $59,850.00 to $65,100.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
