Summary of Role
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business on the Enterprise Team. This is a hunter role-ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, hitting metrics, and developing a pipeline from scratch. You'll work alongside our VP of Market Development to drive growth, cultivate leads, and close deals with brands looking for best-in-class digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Prospect & Build Pipeline: Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities within the Enterprise segment.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to engage prospective clients and build a strong pipeline.
- Lead Nurturing: Qualify, nurture, and manage leads through the sales cycle, maintaining momentum and closing efficiently.
- Client Relationships: Develop meaningful relationships with brands and key decision-makers.
- Networking & Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build your network, generate leads, and represent AdCellerant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and ensure ongoing client success.
- Metrics-Driven: Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
- Entrepreneurial Approach: Identify new opportunities and strategies to drive business growth in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, business development, or a sales-adjacent role. Experience in media, digital marketing, or agency environments preferred.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and build a pipeline from scratch.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process and closing deals.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, dynamic environments and is eager to learn and grow.
- Networking Skills: Enjoys meeting new people, attending events, and building relationships that drive business forward.
- Adaptability: Ability to balance multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving company growth goals.
- Office Presence: Enjoys working in the office 3-4 days per week and contributing to a vibrant, high-energy culture.
- Travel Readiness: Willing to travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Location Information
This role is required to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
OTE: Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and commission, targeting a total annual compensation range of $85,000 - $130,000+. The commission structure will be tied to individual achievement of revenue and margin goals, as well as team and company budget achievement.
