Job Description
Enterprise Architecture TSI
The project deals with an integrated view of Business-IT and Infrastructure within the TSI.
Subproject 02: Business Architecture TSI
The Business Architecture sub-project is responsible for clarifying and completing the business models of the TSI. In addition to mapping the current portfolios to the business models, differences and similarities are worked out from various perspectives. These are documented on different levels and suitably modelled.
Task in the project: Enterprise Architect
Revision of the current operational value streams (OVS) as well as the development of the supporting value streams such as HR and Finance (SVS). Communication of the architectural work in the company as well as documentation and linking with the other artifacts of the enterprise architecture in the LeanIX tool. Advising and supporting other areas of T-Systems in the application of value streams as well as using feedback for continuous improvement in the Business Architecture team.
In the continued introduction of Lean IT Portfolio Management, further support for Epic Owners is on the agenda. The information from the portfolio epics, together with other information, flows into a new planning event to be set up: Participatory Budgeting.
Qualifications
Must have:
- In-depth knowledge of modeling business models and business capabilities. Knowledge of T-Systems' portfolios and business models. Outside perspective of the IT market for an IT provider.
- Sound knowledge of T-Systems business process architecture
- Very good knowledge of the process frameworks of APQC and TOGAF
- Knowledge of LeanIX
- TM Forum
- Deep experience as a SAFe Consultant
- Experience in dealing with senior management
