- Enterprise Solution Design: Provide oversight and guidance on the development of system architectures, including integration, data, application, and technology domains. Drive our journey to cloud with your strong background in cloud transformation. Ensure alignment between solution designs and the overall enterprise architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing the performance of IT systems and recommending enhancements. Ensure solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and meet performance expectations.
- Ensure Governance: Establish and enforce standards, guidelines, and policies for architecture across the enterprise. Chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure solutions adhere to architectural principles.
- Risk Management: Identify and address architectural risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Monitor technology trends to mitigate risks of obsolescence.
- Leadership, Integration & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements, break up “silos”, support integration and deliver scalable solutions. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to articulate architectural strategies and solutions.
- Build data & business intelligence capabilities: Support the development of our data, business intelligence and machine learning capabilities, promote data-driven thinking, and transform complex, established processes into streamlined, digitally optimized ones that create real added value.
