Bynder is excited to have an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Melbourne office and support our market-leading software that helps over 1.4 million professionals create, manage and distribute their digital assets. Bynder is on a quest to find a dynamic and ambitious individual to jump aboard and spread the Bynder word and grow the business throughout the Asia Pacific region. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to shape the future of Bynder's fast-growing activities in Australia and further afield.

 

Bynder is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, experienced AE to join our fast-paced team. An opportunity to join a small but growing team and be part of the international expansion of Bynder in the APAC region! The ideal candidate is hands-on, motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player passionate about sales.

 

What you will do:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas on net new business
  • Continually build and grow a robust pipeline by actively prospecting and engaging with leads throughout the sales cycle
  • Managing pipeline, leads, opportunity creation, forecasting and all other sales activity via Salesforce.com
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Thorough knowledge of Bynder products, solutions, adjacent technologies and competition
  • Articulating business value, ROI, and technical benefits of Bynder’s solution
  • Ability to accurately forecast committed business and upside opportunities.

What you bring:

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota as a top sales performer at Bynder
  • Experience selling Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiating skills
  • 8+ years of closing experience as a top sales performer
  • Driven, self-starter type with strong leadership and hunting skills
  • Excellent technical aptitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiating skills
  • Experience with Saleforce.com.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Challenger Sales model, Spin selling, and or MEDDIC a plus
  • Experience selling in B2B, SaaS/Cloud, DAM, or CMS
  • Thrives in start-up and collaborative environment
  • Experience/ Knowledge of the APAC DAM Market.
