WHO WE NEED :
We're currently looking for an Account Executive with 4+ years of Account Management or Sales experience to join our high-performing Enterprise Sales team and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:

  • Network with prospective customers, run sales cycles, and close new deals
  • Enjoy being customer facing. You will interface with customers daily and get to build lasting relationships with our customers
  • Identifying Opportunities: You will need to understand our customers business and be able to identify how HCSS Solutions can help them run their business
  • Solving Problems: Be able to understand both technical and functional requirements/issues and be an advocate for both the customer and HCSS
  • Communicate the value of our software and services to customers effectively


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Achieve assigned sales and renewal quotas
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and customers
  • Acting as the HCSS liaison internally to coordinate projects, presentations, services, and communications
  • Conducting onsite client presentations representing our support, services, and enterprise accounts departments
  • Leveraging SalesfForce.com records to identify leads/opportunities within the enterprise accounts for both software and professional services
  • Deeply understanding the book of business for the account and speak intelligently to licensing, subscriptions, services, contracts, and renewals of the solutions
  • Managing and maintaining customer expectations and deadlines for commitments and custom work
  • Manage customer requests and issue escalations
  • Identify, Quantify, & Qualify leads within accounts and executes upgrades in Salesforce CPQ
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain our company's quality standards.
