Job Description

By creating and maintaining a suite of applications that span trust and safety, communication, and AI-driven automation, we empower our Customer Experience teams to deliver exceptional service. 

As a manager in the Beemo team, you'll steer the ship of our Customer Experience advancements. We develop and maintain key tools within the help path, enabling clients and merchants to effortlessly obtain support from Allegro. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining user survey solutions, including UX and NPS surveys, as well as integrating internal systems and delivering tools to streamline the operations of the CX department. We are looking for people who:

• Can and want to take care and responsibility for their team’s development, have excellent communication skills, and value the "servant leadership" approach
• Have experience in leading teams working with the use of ‘agile’ methodologies
• Have the ability to manage and build relationships in a team of skilled engineers
• Have good prioritization skills, are familiar and not afraid with making difficult decisions in the name of product and company
• Can listen, motivate and provide constructive feedback as well as select adequate development activities for their team
• Are experts in software development, operational excellence and modern system architecture
• Are fluent in JVM technologies and want to learn new ones 
• Value engineering best practices: advocate for clean code, code review, TDD, and CI/CD to ensure the quality and maintainability
• Can look for effective solutions to the requirements of our users
• Are able to work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) 
• Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks
• Expect work that has a deeper meaning (not only the "management has commissioned") and wants to enjoy its results
• Want to be proud of the code they create. They eagerly accept comments and share knowledge during code reviews
• Enjoy constant developing and updating their knowledge
• Know English languages on at least B2 level
