Job Description
We're on the hunt for an Engineering Team Leader at Valeo Foods UK. Based in vibrant Gateshead, you'll be at the heart of where the magic happens - creating delightful treats loved by many.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain planned and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage our CMMS and work request systems with precision and diligence
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and manage PPM schedules
- Communicate maintenance plans effectively across departments
- Champion condition-based maintenance initiatives for enhanced reliability
- Analyze maintenance records and reports to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Effective leadership skills
- Understanding of engineering compliance requirements
- Health & Safety driven
- H&S/FMCG experience
- Good IT Skill
- Recognized qualification in engineering and management
- Experience in building high-performing teams
- Sound commercial skills with stakeholder interaction
- Full understanding of CI systems
