The Worktools group is a platform group, which develops product infrastructures and building blocks that power the monday suite of products, as well as providing tools and frameworks for both internal and external developers.

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead our People & Interactions team, which is helping organizations around the world , and million of users, to work effectively and efficiently by providing communication tools. It is a true full-stack team that builds both deep, robust infrastructures and useful and effective UI interactions. Together with the product and design, you will be leading a domain, creating new business opportunities, taking part in building the vision and the roadmap of the team and the Worktools group.


About The Role:

  • Lead a team of talented engineers building one of monday.com’s exciting domains.
  • Work with product and design to build robust services and amazing user experiences. 
  • Be a key member of the group’s leadership forums and oversee employee development and growth.
  • Our stack - Node.js, Ruby On Rails, ReactJS, K8s, AWS, Redis, MySQL. We operate in microservices and microfrontends environments, enabling quick cycles to production.

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to build and lead the core team for the sales CRM product. The core team is responsible for building the main product capabilities used by our users on a massive scale. Building 0 to 1 features and infrastructures, designing a technical vision and supporting our hyper-growth. The CRM group runs as a startup within monday.com inspired by monday’s special culture and values. We believe in creating independent teams that can run fast and make an impact.

Our Team:

monday sales CRM is a startup business unit within the company. It is taking aim at the massive sales CRM market. We just launched the product last year and we already see its crazy growth and success, with over 13K paying accounts and an exponential ARR growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for users, their needs, and their requirements
  • Passion for data, experience with looking into performance and usability data
  • Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people)
