About the role:  

The Engineering Coordinator provides support and clerical expertise to Engineering Department and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. 

  

What you will do:  

  

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards  

  • Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner 

  • Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors 

  • Assist Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering with purchase order system 

  • Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. 

 

  

What you bring:  

  • High school education or equivalent experience  

  • One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills  

  • Ability to read and speak and write English.

Schedule & Hours: 

  • This is a full-time position  

  • While this position generally works Monday through Friday, additional availability may occasionally be required. including evenings, holidays and weekends
