About the location:

What you will do
-
Directly supervise staff in carrying out work schedules as well as spot checking to verify quality and employee performance.

Ensure timely and accurate sub meter, chemical treatment and engine room logs.

Ensure that all meter readings on heat, light and power are taken on a daily basis and reviewed for consumption.

Assist in compiling a monthly consumption report on heat, light and power to include electricity, gas, steam and water.

Set-up fire life safety system, valve locations and other emergency procedures that involves the department.

Manage the Engineering Department of the Hotel's operation.

Ensure effective communication and good relations between the maintenance department and other departments in the Residence Club.
What you bring
-
Previous 3 - 5 years’ experience within 5* luxury resort/hotel in a similar role.

Thorough knowledge of all jobs in the Engineering area.

Qualification in Technical Engineering.

Health, safety and compliance knowledge.

Problem solving and technical expertise.
