What We’re Looking For:
- A demonstrated record of managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and delivery processes
- A passion for mentoring and growing team members to their fullest potential
- A flair for problem-solving and technical thinking in challenging scenarios
- A proactive approach to communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), DevOps practices, and best coding practices
- Experience in delivering SaaS products and translating business goals into actionable engineering strategies
