Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a teams of engineers across various disciplines
- Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders
- Manage engineering workflows, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments to promote collaboration
- Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects
- Continuously assess team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in engineering practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes
