The Engineer Manager will be responsible for day to day operations of the engineering group. Lead and direct the efforts of the Process Solutions Engineering staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Lead and Manage the Engineering Department

Recruit and Hire Engineering Personnel

Lead and Delegate the Design and Review of process and rotating equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors of Science in Engineering highly preferred

Relevant business experience and knowledge required

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel and Word).
