As an Engineering Manager at SAP LeanIX, you will lead and grow a two-pizza team of product-minded, cross-functional developers. Additionally, you contribute to build and continuously improve our Software-as-a-service product, supported by a Product Manager and UX Designer within your team. You will solve challenging enterprise architecture problems through scalable and resilient software built on a modern tech stack and micro service architecture. Your team is one of five teams in our Inventory Tribe that build the foundation of our product. Your team will focus on the central hub for accessing and editing the most important customer objects: the Fact Sheet Inventory. Your team empowers our customers to effectively search across our product in a unified way.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- 5+ years of proven track record engineering experience along our technical stack
- Experience as leader of engineering teams
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in our Bonn office on a regular basis
