Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced technical leader for our DevOps organization. This role will combine people management skills and hands-on technical skills to shape the future of our software development methodology and infrastructure. We have a very exciting and challenging journey and DevOps is a key aspect of that journey.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Technical Lead and People Manager for a DevOps team.

Act as both a strategic visionary for the team as well as a hands on team member.

Mentor and professional growth for the team members
Minimum Qualifications
-
At least 5 years of experience as a technical people manager.

At least 8 years experience as a DevOps engineer.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Expertise with scripting (Bash, Python)
The anticipated TTC range for this role is CAD $115,000 - 172,000 Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
