Engineering Internship (Based in Kluang, Johor)

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

• Assist in the documentation and updating of Preventive Maintenance (PVM) plans and schedules.

• Maintain and organize records related to maintenance work orders, equipment histories, and downtime logs.

• Support the Maintenance Planner in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Help track and document maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as equipment reliability, response times, and maintenance costs.

• Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and work instructions as required.

• Liaise with site teams to ensure accurate data collection for maintenance records.

• Attend site visits to observe maintenance activities and gather information for documentation purposes.

• Assist in tracking spare parts inventory and coordinating procurement processes.

• Support the planning team with organizing maintenance schedules and worker assignments.

• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on documentation and planning status.

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

• Studying in Engineering (related subjects)

• Good in MS Office tools

• Good in data entry & analysis on data

• English (both written & verbal)

• Bahasa (verbal)

• 4 - 6 months duration

• Willing to be based in Kluang Johor
