Job Description:
About the Role:
The primary role of the Engineering Intern is to provide manufacturing technical support and/or execution of capital projects. The intern will be expected to develop options and recommendations for manufacturing process systems, collaborate with other engineers, provide assistance on defined problems, and communicate progress or results. This individual will acquire working knowledge of processing principles, operating systems, and project management.
- Support key strategies and programs across the enterprise.
- Leverage subject matter expertise in assigned areas to drive continuous improvement and technology.
- Provides technical and economic support to other groups within THS that are focused on improvements to the current state that deliver competitive advantages.
- Keeps current with and champions implementation of the latest technology and commercial applications, Plant/TMOS/Reliability teams, Vendors- equipment and material.
Important Details: This is a 2025 summer internship position located at one of our manufacturing facilities (Oak Brook IL is our Coporate office but not the internship's location). Specific location will be determined at time of offer.
About You:

- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with at least two years completed (Junior and/or Senior)
