Job Description SummaryThe Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for all system design changes involving engineering specification changes and product structure updates in MyWorkshop. The Engineering Change Coordinator works with the engineering, QA, RA, Sourcing and manufacturing to scope, configure to order design changes and additional supplier specific features including cost and schedule. An important part of the job is to assist engineers for design update and exactly perform the MWS activity for each opportunity in timely manner.

글로벌 의료기기 회사 GE Ultrasound 성남 R&D Center에서 Engineering Change Coordinator (사원/대리급)를 채용합니다. 연구소의 신제품 출시 및 유지보수 개선에 대한 전반적인 설계 변경 프로세스를 관리하고 프로세스의 효율화를 위하여 국내외 동료들과 협력하는 업무입니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • NPI and maintenance design change process management
  • Strictly adhere to QMS and ensure an effective and simplified design change process
  • Appropriately reflect and document engineering action assessments in the design change process
  • Actively communicate with the design change board and identify and resolve issues as needed
  • Serve as an integrated communication channel with global team
  • Continuously improve the design change process through Kaizen and share best practices

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level in English for communication and documentation
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset as a team player
  • Quality-driven mindset and excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree
