Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Carry out external benchmarking for business process flow to identify standard methodologies and areas for improvement.

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology to maintain our competitive edge.

• Upgrade process capabilities and implement cost-reduction strategies to optimize production efficiency.

• Develop and modify process management projects to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment, ensuring efficient performance.

• Evaluate, promote, and plan for the integration of new equipment and materials to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Perform abnormal analysis and implement improvements to maintain production quality and reliability.
