Job Summary
Our software team in Hamburg is seeking additional software design power to meet the growing demand for tools that help our customers use our products effectively. This job is a hybrid in-office/remote offer, with multiple days a week in-office.
Key Responsibilities

Work on a mid-sized Qt (C++) based GUI application that interfaces with embedded system devices in the area of motor control.

Collaborate closely with internal teams of IC design engineers, embedded system software engineers, and product application engineers to refine and shape the future of our products.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.

At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the industrial segment, robotics, or semiconductors.

Excellent architectural skills in software design.

Strong programming background with required experience in C++ and highly preferred experience in Qt (C++). Experience in Python is desirable.

Expertise in UI/UX design and experience in embedded systems software development

Prior domain experience in electronics, ideally focused on motor control.

Experience working with cross-cultural teams across the globe.

Proficiency (C1) in either English or German is required, with basic proficiency (B1) in English.

Experience working in a software team is highly preferred.

Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git, is preferred.

Experience developing applications that interface with embedded system devices using interfaces such as USB, serial port, or CAN.

Ideally, familiarity with CI/CD technologies.
