Job Description
- Quantity Surveying- Extract quantity from drawings and review them.
- Billing- Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from the site. Preparing consolidated bills of quantities for projects.
- Cost Analysis- Prepare cost estimates and track deviation.
- Rate Analysis- Conducting rate analysis of civil activities and estimating construction projects.
- Store Reconciliation- Material reconciliation with actual progress.
- Resource planning & Scheduling- Preparing and tracking
- Reports-To check quality reports/track progress/timelines/schedules.
Key Skills Needed
- BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 3+ years’ experience in residential building projects.
- Should have working knowledge of taking out quantities from drawings
- Should have working knowledge of AutoCAD for calculation purposes
CTC
- Upto Rs. 5-6 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
