Provides technical documentation expertise in design control, NPR, CDP and related activities for Surgical Gloves.
Job Description
- Lead the design control activities for new product development and lead the change development process for current products
- Update the existing design control and related documents based on the changes
- Performs technical documentation review of designed products to ensure compliance with Cardinal Health design control procedures and regulatory requirement
- Prepares technical summaries of test reports and protocols
- Search and sort test data, test reports and protocols for documentation compilation
- Provide technical documentation to support tender, customer questionnaire and related activities
- Updates technical specifications for materials, parts and products
- Support External and Internal Audit for R&D Design Control & Design Transfer as required
- Review & conduct gap analysis on new revision of standard
- Support new product registration project as need
Qualification & Requirements
- Possess relevant Degree in Engineering (i.e. Biomedical) or Diploma Holders with minimum four years of relevant experience
- Prior working experience on product development of Medical Devices preferred
- Good understanding of Design Control for Product development process, CDP, standard requirement, and related activities
- Proficient test report preparation, statistical analysis, written and verbal communication
- Good working attitude, initiative driven and able to work independently
- This role requires working on-site at R&D Lab based in Kallang and able to collaborate with Regional stakeholders
