Job Description

SS&C Eze Software is seeking an experienced Capital market professional to join the Operations-Product Specialist team in its Hyderabad office.  As an Engagement Specialists on the Operations team are responsible for implementation of file-based integrations between Eze Software clients and their various third party providers.  These Data Integrations are critical in facilitating the transfer of data in and out of the various Eze platforms to their Prime Brokers, Custodians, and other 3rd party firms as a part of Middle-Office operations. 

As Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate clients, internal and external stakeholders and deliver the business-critical interfaces across the globe.

Key Functions:

  • Implement, configure and test Eze Software’s product suite with a focus on File-Based integrations.
  • Manage multiple projects across global clients and help address the queue of file-based implementation work.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and improve internal team processes
  • Time-sensitive to deliver the interfaces as per the SLA
  • Use the functional and technical skills to the highest level
  • Help develop repeatable implementation plans to consistently and efficiently deliver against company, team, and individual goals critical to various projects.
  • Establish a strong relationship with internal and external clients
  • Serve as a knowledge resource to immediate team members

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Finance OR B.Tech with experience in Capital Market domain and Hedge funds are welcome
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in Capital Markets or other Financial Services or Technology support role preferred.
  • Experience and strong understanding of the Investment Lifecycle with a focus on securities settlement, custody and reconciliation or middle/back-office operations.
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international Capital markets
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge on SQL, databases
  • Knowledge on XML, power shell or any programming would be added advantage
  • Must have good analytical thinking, problem solving abilities and trouble shooting skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with good client handling skills.
    • Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress
  • Self-motivated and good team player
