The Director of Client Engagement will have responsibility for management of InvestorFlow’s enterprise and marquee client base, including broadening paths to customer expansion (identifying and SaaS ARR and services opportunities), development of new & furthering existing customer relationships and ensuring overall Customer Success (satisfaction). This leader will work closely with the services team members and clients and sales teams to ensure we are delivering best in breed service across software and services. 

You Will:

  • Chiefly manage client programs, including meticulous management of budget, resources, and the client themselves. 
  • Proactively manage programs including planning, road mapping and forecasting with the client to solve core business issues and effectively manage and forecast to the first bullet, budget/resources etc. 
  • Provide thought leadership and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for InvestorFlow Solutions. 
  • Develop and deliver new ideas, business opportunities and engage intransformational partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver feedback on products, functionality, market need and industry best practices. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to make sure you understand InvestorFlows positioning and value driven propositions on latest products and release. 
  • Work with revenue generating teams to help renew programs and identify new revenue generating opportunities within your client base. 
  • Where necessary work with Onboarding teams to lend your subject matter expertise to ensure smooth implementations and high customer satisfaction when coming onto InvestorFlow’s products. 
  • Cultivate an innovation funnel to incubate, develop, and launch streamlined Services processes. 
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate near-term and long-term business strategies and partnership opportunities for growth of market and revenue share. 
  • Continuously monitor the market and track competition development and their impact on market share. 
  • Establish executive credibility and strong culture of collaboration with key stakeholders including prospective clients, internal customers, and vendor partners. 

You Have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, including successful sales and services leadership roles with a proven track record of overseeing successful sales and marketing programs, preferably in a global technology company.
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge, project management and commercial negotiation skills. 
  • A proven track record of initiating, driving, and scaling new products and business opportunities. 
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with demonstrated ability to think creatively and logically without being bound to traditional methods or industry norms. 
  • Skilled team player with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential, collaborative working relationships in a matrixed environment at all levels of a global organization. 
  • Experience with budget, capital investments, and acquisition processes. 
  • Strong operational knowledge on industry and industry solutions and ability to demonstrate thought leadership to clients on this knowledge. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought. 
  • A strong focus on execution.
