The challenge
Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at Financial Services and Insurance companies to advise on digital strategy and transformation for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Adobe has long been at the forefront of enabling customers’ on digital transformation and new experience-led business models in industries such as retail, travel, and banking. This has translated into a stock price appreciation of over 5X over the past five years. Adobe is now successfully bringing the same tools and capabilities to Financial Services and Insurance companies.
As an Engagement Manager, you will focus on the Financial Services and Insurance industries, and conduct strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of experts to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations. You will advise senior industry leaders and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in your industry.
What you need to succeed
- Expertise in the financial services or insurance industries
- Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm, company, or digital agency
- Digital marketing and enterprise technology transformation strategy expertise
- A strong track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior leaders
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities
- Proven track record to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
