POSITION SUMMARY

The Cloud System Engineer, under direction, serves as a significant contributor for system projects or services. Provides technical oversight for the application of and compliance with technical standards. Contributes in the technical activities of a system engineering team. Completes reports and summaries for management and users including project status reports, problem reports, and progress summaries.
 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Intune solutions.
  • Migrate devices from MECM and AD joined to Azure AD joined and Intune Managed.
  • Develop Intune policies utilizing existing Active Directory group policies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Participate in user story development, sprint planning, and test case development/execution within an agile project environment.
  • Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot.
  • Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies.
  • Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment images.
  • Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in Active Directory to enforce security and configuration policies.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Intune.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints.
  • Create detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Intune solutions.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and 11 provisioning using Intune Autopilot.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory Group Policy management.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance policies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Current technological developments/trends in area of expertise
  • Device management with Microsoft Azure AD, Entra and Intune
  • Principles, practices and methods of endpoint device management including software updating and security patching.
  • A wide range of computer software and hardware systems and related technologies
  • Computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards, security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques
  • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.

Pay Range for All Remote Locations:

$72,867.87-$189,435.54

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
