The Role 

Fusion's Enablement & RevOps Operations Manager will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across Enablement programs and continuously assess and improve enablement programs to drive sales performance and productivity. 

Specifically, you will: 

  • Oversee the provisioning and management of sales tools such as Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Ensure all tools are properly configured, integrated, and utilized to their full potential.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal tool performance and adoption. 
  • Plan, organize, and manage sales events including Sales Kickoffs (SKO), training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, agendas, and materials to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Schedule and run regular sales meetings, including weekly Deal Desk meetings, team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc strategy sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions to drive productivity and alignment. 
  • Develop and maintain enablement reporting to track the effectiveness of sales tools and training programs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. 
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop content that addresses those needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Hands-on use of Salesforce 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications (Education and Certifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role within the SaaS/ tech industry. 
  • Proficiency in Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools. 
  • Experience in planning and managing events.

Milestones for the First Six Months

In one month, you will:

  • Take ownership of all Revenue Office (RO) tools and technologies (e.g., Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) 
  • Lead calls – Deal Desk, Process & Procedure Meeting 
  • Demonstrate hands-on ownership and knowledge of Salesforce reporting from a RevOps perspective 

In three months, you will:

  • Build a plan and begin executing for Sales Kick-Off (SKO) 
  • Build a plan and begin executing for Top Performers Trip 
  • Report on Enablement progress across various programs and how they tie-back to KPIs (ramp time, pipeline, business Closed Won, etc.) 
  • Spend time with individual reps to ensure they have the knowledge to apply best practices for: sales methodology, deal desk approvals, deal structures – and proactively provide coaching to ensure reps are hitting their goals/targets

In six months, you will:

  • Proactively plan for future next SKO 
  • Proactively plan for future Top Performers Trip 
  • Be viewed as a subject-matter-expert (SME) on all things to do with Enablement and the RevOps functions 
  • Be providing recommendations and plans on how to improve the Enablement and RevOps functions (reporting, liaising, deliverables, etc.)
