We are looking for a skilled Enablement Manager to enhance the performance of customer-facing teams, including Sales, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success professionals across North America. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful onboarding and ongoing enablement programs to ensure team proficiency, engagement, and success.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales enablement programs for onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Design and deliver compelling training materials, workshops, and resources for diverse skill levels.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and market strategies.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and improved performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and leverage data to assess program effectiveness, iterating as needed.


WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 5–10 years in sales enablement, training, or a related role, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and instructional technologies.
  • Experience analyzing sales data to inform strategies and improve performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Talent for tailoring content and delivery methods to suit various roles and learning styles.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
