About the Role - We are looking for a creative and strategic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team and help us build a strong, authentic and engaging employer brand. In this role you will be responsible for showcasing our company culture, values and employee experience to attract top talents.
What you will do
- Create and share content that shows what it’s like to work at our company ( employee stories, videos, posters, photos, etc)
- Manage our employer branding activities on social media and job platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
- Support hiring campaigns and help attract top talent through recruitment marketing
- Organize or support talent related events (job fairs, webinars, university visit, etc)
- Help improve how current and future employees see and experience our brand
- Track the success of branding efforts through data analysis and feedback
What will you need
- Experience in employer branding, marketing, communications or related field
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, photography or video content
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Glassdoor
- A strong sense of curiosity and creativity to problem solve, deep understanding of recruitment marketing and talent attraction drivers
- Ability to work with different teams (HR, Corporate Affairs, Public Policy and Government ,etc)
- Passion for company culture and employee experience
