This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about creating impactful Employer Branding content while thriving in the Talent Acquisition space? This dynamic hybrid role combines creative branding expertise with the essential coordination tasks that power a seamless recruitment process.
As an Employer Brand Specialist and Talent Coordinator, you’ll dedicate 60-70% of your time to branding initiatives—crafting engaging social media content, showcasing our culture, and leveraging your video editing skills to tell the Safeguard Pay story.
The remaining time will focus on supporting Talent Acquisition activities to deliver a world-class candidate experience.
This is your chance to be both creative and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, rewarding role. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the Employer Branding efforts from day 1 and manage specific projects. Knowledge and understanding of this is a must.
How you will make a difference:
Employer Branding Activities

Working under the direction of our Employer Branding team, create engaging and on-brand social media content that highlights our company culture, values, and opportunities.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop and execute strategic branding initiatives.

Plan, produce, and edit video content for recruitment campaigns, including employee spotlights and "day-in-the-life" features.

Stay up to date with Employer Branding and social media trends to enhance our employer reputation.

Act as a creative ambassador for the Safeguard Pay employer brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Talent Acquisition Coordination

Facilitate seamless communication across all recruitment stages, serving as a global point of contact for candidates.

Manage the interview scheduling process for specific teritories, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Use data insights to identify areas for improvement in the candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Support the onboarding process to deliver an exceptional new hire experience.

Manage the background check process for a specific territory

Assist with the organization and execution of recruiting events, both virtual and in-person.
Skills Required:

Creative Storytelling: Experience or passion for developing content, with knowledge of video editing tools and social media platforms.

Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Fearless Scheduler: Confidence in owning and optimizing scheduling and coordination processes.

Data-Driven Thinker: A mindset focused on continuous improvement, using metrics to refine processes.

Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to pivot between administrative and creative tasks.

Collaborative Communication: Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with design tools is a plus.
