InterWorks is currently looking for a crazy talented individual to join our knockout Employee Experience team as an intern or part-time employee. We want someone who will be a seamless fit for our unique company culture who thrives in fast-paced, exciting environments.
This is a paid internship with the option for students to pursue academic credit depending on their department.
Please be advised that this role is required to be located in the InterWorks headquarters office in Stillwater Oklahoma. Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position.
We estimate this role as $15 USD an hour, based on experience and skillset.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Welcoming Face: Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties including receiving, and directing visitors for Stillwater and global offices
- Master of Organization: Ensure overall office organization and cleanliness; purchase/stock groceries
- Event Extraordinaire: Maintain executive calendars; plan, schedule, and coordinate travel

- Communication Whiz: Top-notch skills in communication, organization, word processing and personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar commonly used systems are preferred)
- People Person: Proven ability to work well with all levels of internal management, clients and employees
- Go-Getter: A proactive mindset, showing initiative and the drive to accomplish tasks independently
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think and act strategically
