POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Data Coordinator – Intern to join our HR Shared Services team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing employee data and supporting HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support data entry, validation, and auditing tasks related to employee records.
- Collaborate with the HR team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Generate and prepare reports based on employee data as needed.
- Help manage confidential information in line with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
