Reporting to the Team Lead Employee Centre, this role is accountable for accurate and timely processing of HR Master Data changes within agreed upon service level agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General knowledge of Human Resources programs and processes such as total rewards, talent acquisition, or HR information and systems
- Previous Workday and ServiceNow experience is an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work closely with leaders and provide support on HR transactions
- Must be highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to deal with deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service through adherence of service level agreements and effective communication
Responsibilities
- Support leaders and employees with HR transactions and ensure compliance with established practises and procedures
- Perform end-to-end transactional work in Workday and ServiceNow
- Facilitate and execute leader-initiated transactions such as new hires, transfers, terminations and payments
- Facilitate and execute organizational transactions such as position creation, org creation, and cost centre changes
- Provide timely and accurate information to employees and leaders on HR processes and programs
- Participate in special projects as required
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
