Job Description:

   

Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

How you will make your mark:

Contracts Management:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of partner onboarding , including creation, review, negotiation, amendment, and renewal.

  • Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Proactively identify risks and address contractual issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to requestors, providing guidance on contract creation, processes, and best practices.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, including legal, procurement, finance, and external partners.

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on complex contractual terms and obligations.

  • Resolve escalated contract-related issues with a solutions-oriented approach.

Compliance and Risk Mitigation:

  • Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure alignment with company policies and identify areas for compliance improvement.

Training and Mentorship:

  • Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on contracts management best practices.

  • Serve as a knowledge resource, supporting teams in navigating complex contractual scenarios.

Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation in the contract management system.

  • Provide insights and reports on key metrics, such as contract performance, milestones, and risks.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze current contract workflows and implement strategies to streamline and improve efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, templates, and playbooks for contracts-related processes.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management, legal, or related fields, with a focus on partner contracts.

  • Demonstrated expertise in contracts management, negotiation, and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities

  • Strong analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations

  • Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Mastery in English and local language.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
