Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in EMBEDDED C, DO178B/C
- Expertise in Embedded development (Requirement Engineering, Design, development) and Verification Validation
- Knowledge and Experience in working with Aircraft systems.
- Experience in Embedded software solution building.
- Experience in Presales
- Experience in conducting training and up-skilling and cross-skilling team.
- Experience in interaction and technical review meetings with the customer.
Desired skills
- Experience in Model Based System Engineering, SysML, UML
- Experience in Model based development.
- Experience in working on UNIX/LINUX platform.
- Experience in working with AIRBUS Embedded projects.
- Knowledge of Model based Testing.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and ARINC Protocols.
- Knowledge of AIRBUS M&T is an Added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technically support and manage the team.
- Involve in Pre-sales support and workload estimations.
- Regular Connect with customers.
- Provide solutions and in some cases challenge customer or the team in a constructive way when there is a need.
- Drive Automations and innovations in the team.
- Skill and capability Management of the team (Up-Skilling and Cross-Skilling)
- Drive Project Audits
Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years

- B.E,B.tech,MCA,M.E,M.tech
